LAZURE WORKSHOP with Lisa Meisinger

Would you like to paint a room in flowing, blending, overlaying colors creating a depth and richenss that changes with the light throughout the day?  Then, take this workshop!  Lazuring a room is stimulating artistically as well as aerobically.  It is a real workout moving watercolor across a wall as it is drying, but the result of movement captured in the varying flows of paint is well worth it.  One veil of color can be satisfying by itself, and whether we will work with one or many veils depends on the project.  Dates to be announced

Instructor: Lisa Meisinger painted The Dolphin Song and has painted rooms for a number of private homes.  By profession, she is a eurythmist, a movement artist, which brings another aspect to learning lazure.

What to wear: clothes and shoes you don't mind getting covered in paint.  You can actually end up with a lovely lazured shirt and pants!

Week long - single fire - hands on workshop: Throwing skills are required.
