ONE DAY DEMONSTRATION
In this class I will demonstrate how to throw both large and small pots
including sectionals. I specialize in life size pottery and I believe this is something all pottters at any level can use. Whether three pounds or thirty it makes no difference. Building with sections is a great way to achieve larger size and difficult forms. This method also greatly reduces your chances of unjury since you will be working with more managable sizes of clay.

BEGINNERS WORKSHOP
For those of you who have always wanted to try your hand at pottery here is your chance. This is a one day class designed to let you get your hands dirty. Morning will be filled with demonstration on the potter's wheel. This will consist of all the basics from wedging and preparing your clay to centering and throwing small cups and bowls. At noon we will break for lunchand when we return it will be your turn on the wheel. I have taught many beginners and can assure you that you will be able to acheive some success on your first day.
